BLUBAE - Only Natural Ingredients

1.1. Products are dispatched for delivery upon receipt of payment by Blubae assuming all items are in stock. All other orders will be dispatched as quickly as possible thereafter. We use different carriers for different quantities of products, and will provide a tracking number where available. 

1.2. The times quoted for delivery are estimates only and we accept no liability for failure or delay in delivery of products by the courier. The Buyer is not relieved of any obligation to accept or pay for the products by reason of any delay in delivery. Goods may be delivered in instalments by mutual agreement of the parties. It may be necessary for some orders to be shipped in more than one box from different distribution centres and therefore you may obtain these parcels at different times.

1.3. Order processing and delivery times may vary or be delayed in peak times such as Christmas, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, catalogue promotion periods, and restrictions due to virus outbreaks or lockdowns. 

1.4. All additional charges, including shipping costs, are payable by you in addition to the price of the products.

1.5. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery. Unless otherwise agreed, delivery shall be deemed to have taken place: 

(a) in the event the products are to be collected from our premises, then:

(i) just prior to the products being loaded onto the carrier organised by you; or

(ii) at the time and date when the products are scheduled to be collected by you, whichever occurs first;

(b) in the event the products are to be delivered to an address as nominated by you on the order, then:

(i) just prior to the products being unloaded from the carrier at the nominated address in accordance with your order, the order of which is delivered to you at your expense.

1.6. We currently only deliver to addresses within Australia. For international orders, please contact our office.
