1.1. The returns policy is in addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Blubae will accept product returns and provide you with an exchange or refund where:

(a) The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality, or

(b) Significantly different to those shown or described to you, or

(c) The product is not fit for its intended purpose, or

(d) The product is unsafe.

You must present your receipt and tax invoice to us as proof of purchase.  All claims for refunds or exchanges must be made to us within 30 days of receipt of the products. Refunds will be issued using the best payment method at our discretion. 

1.2. We reserve the right to decline an exchange or refund where the product fault is a result of misuse or neglect. We may return the product to the manufacturer to determine the nature of the problem. 

1.3. Our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and for compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. The products must be:

(a) Safe, lasting, with no faults; 

(b) In original retail condition at the time of purchase; and

(c) Perform in the same manner as the product was intended for.

Acceptable quality takes into account what would normally be expected for the type of product and cost.

1.4. We reserve the right to:

(a) Assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing an exchange or refund. This may result in an exchange or refund being refused and more information may be requested from you.

1.5. Although great care is taken in the shipping process, if your products arrive damaged or faulty, please contact us to report and assess the damage and work out a solution. You may be requested to provide photographs of your products and the faults identified to assist in the assessment process. For returns or refunds, please contact us to arrange for the products to be returned to our office for assessment, exchange, or refund.

1.6. We do not process refunds or exchanges for change of mind. Please contact our office if you have any concerns in this regard. 

1.7. A 20% administration fee may be applicable for RTS (Returned To Sender) orders.
